convenient ski holiday base
adequate apartment easy access underground parking
i found the apartment size quite adequate. the ski in and ski out access was a definite plus. two bathrooms made mornings easier for our group and the restaurant on site served good food. underground parking was also very convenient and straightforward.
the spa and swimming pool were disappointingly cold. access to the spa was also restricted. an extra charge applied after 4pm. it made planning a relaxing afternoon quite difficult.

The hotel included a heated ski room with boot warmers. i saw also convenient ski lockers for gear storage. The equipment remained dry overnight. underground parking offered easy car access. the fitness center includes three treadmills.

the hotel has direct access to the bettex piste. a supermarket sits very close. a short walk or bus ride accesses the main shops. it is a convenient spot, for shopping.

the restaurant provided excellent service, it was very efficient. the check-in process was quick. access to the apartment an hour early was granted and the reception staff were helpful when i had questions.

excellent kitchen mountain view heated garage small bedrooms poor pillow quality single pillow
The kitchen is excellent. It includes a dishwasher and all necessary appliances. The balcony offers a mountain view and the garage is heated. It has a height of 2.1m, allowing an SUV with a mounted roof box.
Bedrooms were small. One pillow per person at a 4-star hotel is not appropriate. The pillows seemed poor quality.

bad quality pillow missing chopping board
the apartment was good. i liked the size of it and it was clean when i arrived.
the pillows they give you at this hotel is really bad quality. we asked for extra sheets, which i thought was annoying. there was no chopping board, which really sucks if you want to prepare food.

apartment size ski access two bathrooms underground parking
the apartment size was great for our group. the ski in and ski out access made everything very convenient. two bathrooms were certainly a plus. i found the underground parking easy to use and it offered good protection for the car.
I noticed reception had limited working hours. It could be inconvenient if you needed assistance outside those times.

the staff helped us get settled, they were quick and efficient. the ski locker room had a thoughtful design with heated ski boot racks which added much comfort after a day on the slopes.
